Veganaise?

    i just bought a jar of veganaise made with oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard etc. tastes okay, but it's too salty. it needs to be diluted in some manner. any suggestions on how to use it?

    salad dressing seems to be be one way. but how else do you use mayo or veganiase?

    Blend with garlic to make aioli, as a dip for veggies, roasted potato / root vegetables or use in sandwiches. I once had a tofu reuben sandwich with vegan aioli that tasted fabulous.

    thanks, mamatha. we mixed veganaise with garlic and maple-mustard dressing. it was yummy.
