    Okay, so I'm just putzing around looking at the cool stuff. Your fitness goals are amazingly comprehensive (and awe inspiring). Here are mine, in 50 words or less:

    1. Add strength training to daily cardio.
    2. Eat breakfast.
    3. Avoid straight-up chemicals- diet soda, food color, food which has ingredients known only by their chemical formula.

    Remember- this is for life.

    you can post your daily fitness log here if you like. as a post. just to keep yourself and us motivated. and to give everyone an idea of what regimen you follow.

    Posting the daily fitness routine here sounds great! I'll be up for it. At the stage I'm in right now, Some encouragement or kick in the behind would do so much good! Will get something done today and post back.

    Well..my goal this year is to reduce 1o lbs and get rid of my belly fat :D.

    I have enrolled myself to run a half marathon in October and I am following base run for that program and also doing cross training like cardio kick boxing, yoga.

    I am also trying to eat less carb these days.
