<description>&#60;p&#62;after going low-carb, i've come to believe that CARBS, not fats, are the enemy. i highly recommend &#34;Get the Sugar Out&#34;, a small little book by Ann Louise Gittleman. you can read it cover to cover in a couple of hours, and it makes a lot of sense.
